Special Orders
We are pleased to offer special order items to our customers!
What you need to know about Special Orders:
*A 50% deposit is required on all special orders.
*Special order items may take between 6 - 8 weeks for 3 main reasons:
- We must often order in multiples. For example, we usually cannot order only one hat from a company. (There are some exceptions to this).
- Certain hat styles, funky colors or special sizes are only produced when ordered.
- Delays may happen due to companies being out of stock on popular items.
In all of the above cases, you will be notified.
If you wanted a regular stock item that is currently on order, you may receive it sooner and would not need to pay a deposit.
If you want a hat that you don't see on our website, please call us. If it's a hat you've seen somewhere, but you don't know what it's called etc, try to find a picture of it and we'll let you know if it's something we can bring in for you.
