You should receive your parcel within 1-3 days of shipping anywhere in Alberta, and with 5-10 days of shipping anywhere in Canada.
The following rates are for single items only. Your credit card will not be charged until you receive an order confirmation from us via email (within 48 hours of ordering). If an item is unavailable for some reason, you will be notified and no charges will be placed on your card. You are welcome to send us a cheque or money order in advance of your parcel being shipped if you prefer. You are always welcome to contact us and do everything over the phone instead of online if that's your preference. We are more than happy to accommodate you!
*Special note: There is no provincial sales tax in Alberta!
Customs and duty rates to other countries are not included, nor determined by us.

At HeadCase Hats, we absolutely want you wear the hat you purchased! We have a very low rate of returns in our physical location because we encourage our customers to take their time and choose a hat that's right for them. We also want our online customers to enjoy their hats for a very long time. The following information should be reviewed before purchasing an item, however, we encourage you to call us or email us regarding any concerns you have.
If you are unhappy with your hat for any personal reason, you may ship it back to us for a full refund within 14 days (you pay the shipping). Your hat MUST BE UNWORN and in excellent condition. Sorry, no returns on Special Orders.
For any hats that were sent to you damaged, defective or the wrong size (with the error being on us), we pay the shipping.
If you requested the wrong size and need an exchange only, you must include the cost for us to re-ship the other hat.
If you love your hat, but it has a slight kink, or the size is a little off, please call us, as we can tell you how to remedy these situations at home, and save you the cost of exchanging.
